Robert J. Majteles is a member of Rovi Corporation's Board of Directors.
Mr. Majteles is the managing partner of Treehouse Capital LLC (www.treehousecapital.com), an investment firm. In addition, Mr. Majteles is a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business and the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Majteles holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Stanford University.
