Alan Earhart is a member of Rovi Corporation's Board of Directors

From 1970 to 2001, Mr. Earhart held a variety of positions with Coopers & Lybrand and its successor entity, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, including most recently as the Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Silicon Valley office. Mr. Earhart retired as partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2001. Mr. Earhart serves on the Board of Directors of Foundry Networks, Inc., Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. and Network Appliance, Inc. Mr. Earhart holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Oregon.
