Matt Milne

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Matt Milne is Rovi's executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing.

Mr. Milne joined Rovi in February of 2011 in connection with the acquisition of Sonic Solutions and served as senior vice president, CE Sales at Rovi until his promotion in January 2012. Prior to Rovi's acquisition of Sonic, he held the position of executive vice president and general manager of DivX products. He joined DivX in July of 2009 as executive vice president, sales and marketing (Sonic acquired DivX in October of 2010). Prior to joining DivX, Mr. Milne served as senior vice president of sales and marketing at MediaFLO USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, where he was responsible for leading strategy, branding, sales, marketing and channel development; and prior to that, held the position of president of Americas for Viewsonic. He holds an MBA from Cal State Polytechnic University and a BA in Finance from Cal State Fullerton.
