Question:

Why did my TV Guide on Screen / Guide Plus+ stop working over the air after the U.S. digital transition?

Answer:

Only products with ATSC tuners and specific TV Guide On Screen software versions will work off of digital data when connected over the air without the aid of a digital converter box (Artec and EchoStar's DTVPal are the only manufactures that we know of with boxes that support our data). Please contact your manufacturer for more information.

Note: There are no DVR's manufactured that will work off of digital data.
