Rovi offers certification and testing services to manufacturers of Integrated Circuit (IC), Consumer Electronic (CE) and Personal Computer (PC) hardware products to ensure compliance with Rovi specifications and licensing requirements.

The instructions for submitting ICs and Products to Rovi for certification are available on the Rovi FTP Site.

Also available on the FTP site are test forms which manufacturers may use to perform their own tests prior to applying to Rovi for certification.
